About Us

Experience. Scale. Accountability.

Trendline Group operates as one integrated commercial hospitality business, delivering structured, end-to-end capability across projects, wholesale and supply.

Family-Led. Future-Focused.

Family-owned and Australian-operated, Trendline Group has supported hospitality venues and commercial partners for over 20 years. Our long-term perspective shapes how we operate — with accountability, discipline and a focus on outcomes that endure.

Established in 2008 following the sale of Russell Rowland’s previous business, Trendline Group was built as a next-generation family venture. In its early years, the company was led and managed by three of the Rowland daughters, who laid the operational and cultural foundations that continue to guide the business today.

Since leaving school, each of the Rowland siblings has contributed to the growth and evolution of the group. Today, ownership and leadership remain within the family, reinforcing continuity, shared accountability and a long-term commitment to the industry.

A Business Built Over Time

Each stage of our development has been intentional — strengthening infrastructure, expanding national reach and deepening our ability to deliver coordinated hospitality solutions.

1999 - Furnlink Founded

Established in Gympie, QLD, the business began importing and wholesaling European table tops to Australian resellers — laying the groundwork for what would become Furnlink, formally rebranded in 2015.

2008 - Trendline Group Founded

Trendline Group was established following the acquisition and relocation of the wholesale operation to Bundaberg, QLD, with a vision to build a national, family-owned hospitality group.

2009 - Nextrend Established

Nextrend was launched to engage directly with the hospitality market, driving innovation and demand for our brands — generating market demand that flows through our wholesale partners.

2012 - Expanded Warehouse Operations

As product ranges and stock holdings grew, we relocated to a larger facility — strengthening inventory capacity and supporting national distribution.

2012 - Brisbane Branch Established

We established our Brisbane branch to strengthen market presence, support project delivery and expand direct engagement with the hospitality sector.

2014 - OHF Launched

Anticipating eCommerce growth, Online Hospitality Furniture was launched as a streamlined, stock-focused platform — expanding national access for time-critical hospitality projects.

2015 - Sydney Branch Established

We expanded into Sydney to strengthen national coverage, support project delivery and deepen engagement across the NSW hospitality market.

2018 - New Purpose-Built Warehouse

To support continued growth, we invested in a larger purpose-built warehouse facility — significantly expanding stock capacity and strengthening national distribution.

2021 - Melbourne Branch Established

The establishment of our Melbourne branch further strengthened our national footprint, enhancing service capability across Victoria and supporting multi-state project delivery.

2022 - Facility Expansion

We expanded our family-owned Bundaberg site with a second purpose-built warehouse, introducing in-house upholstery and assembly capability to enhance quality control and delivery efficiency.

2024 - Kinso Launched

Kinso was launched to meet increasing demand for our commercial ranges within the residential and retail sector — expanding access through a dedicated eCommerce platform.
